good handover at both ends - we came past heading east midweek after starting heading west and they answered our questions and refilled the water in the short time we were there.

First Class Service. They prepared the boat a little earlier as we arrived an hour before our pick up time. We were assisted out of the Marina and brought back ini due to a very narrow turning point and bridge. A refund for fuel unused too!!

Had a fabulous time as always, boat was new with no problems and everything working as expected. The hire boat crew at the marina were everso helpful and friendly both on departure and arrival.

Service at handover was excellent and prompt. We appreciated the fact that they acknowledged we have been doing this for a very long time, and asked us if we had any concerns.

boat spec excellent - handover too. Though we did have the wall sockets stop working - fortunately the USB connections kept the mobiles recharged. It took a bit of fiddling to get the pioneer app downloaded but we got bluetooth working but not all the speakers were so audio was a bit muddy. However neither of these issues dented a wonderful week in a great narrowboat so very happy

Lovely route around the 4 Counties Ring as the Black Country Ring was closed. A challenging route for a week holiday but finished it comfortably in the end. Some great pubs along the way too!
