We took the grandchildren for the first time and they absolutely loved it. We went in October but the boat was warm and cosy. We were lucky with the weather but it was just wonderful to cruise the canal. We saw so much wildlife which the children lived.

We were made to feel like old friends returning. As past years excellent hand over from the crew at Hilperton. New boat and it was excellent. We had a lovely holiday, the staff recommended our next trip to Brecon, which we shall definitely try. Thanks to all of you at Hilperton.

Enjoyed the Falkirk Wheel immensely. The canals seem to be neglected with vast amounts of reeds along the canal side. Had to clear the propeller a few times from floating reeds. Lock staff were very nice.

This was our 3rd trip travelling with a Narrowboat, the service ABC provided was excellent, always quick answers to different question, also on route when our heating was not working, we contacted Kings Orchard Marine and they came straight away to fix the problem, so special thanks to Bob! Their narrowboat was super, kitchen, bathroom all up to high standard, easy to manage and cosy! A little thing to pay attention to: when going on a 12 day holiday, please provide custumor with the correct vouchers for the wifi for the same nr of days, we had to call halfway because we got a voucher for just 7 days.

Fantastic holiday again. Boat was fantastic, very well presented and clean. Had everything on board that was needed. Comfy and warm. Staff as always were welcoming, friendly and very helpful.
