Sufficiently comprehensive, adequate and correct information. Excellent and very pleasant treatment at the service point. Excellent on-site training with patient space for questions and answers. This was our first trip, but not our last!

Although we. Ad a great time overall we felt as a party things could have been done better. More information on water points could be provided and s map on board with their location would be great plus a gauge to say how much water you have left as it was very much guess work. A map with cruising times to destinations would also be good to help plan the week. Also a warning if you are going on the river Avon after Bath that mooring spots are few and far between especially if you are looking for a pub to moor near. Most moorings are taken up by boats that seem abandoned! Finally we wanted to be back at the marina on the evening before we ended our holiday as being back for 9 am is early but there was no note of where to moor the night before and it was luck an employee was still around at nearly 7pm.
