The canal journey we took was to Lapworth and back, very nice and pretty scenery on way , some urban areas to pass through but enjoyable and only had three nights on boat so limited to length of journey

The ABC team is always friendly and helpful. Aldermaston Wharf provided a nice boat and sent out an engineer promptly when a log became jammed in our propeller. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The staff were incredibly helpful when unfortunately we arrived after the boatyard was due to be closed. They got us going that evening which made a huge difference to our trip. Boat was clean and very well maintained. We had an amazing time on a beautiful stretch of the Severn between Worcester and Gloucester.

The union canal suffers from an excessive amount of weed This meant we had to pull it off the propeller several times.

All the staff at ABC were helpful knowledgeable and friendly An excellent spacious boat, comfortable and with WI-FI tv etc.

Beds could alwys be more comfortable. Slightly thicker matreses. Some fans on board perhaps it was lovely really hot weather. But everything else pretty spot on.

Excellent service. Good handover and explanation. It was quite crowded with 12 of us on the boat . it was only when we got off for a jar at a canal adjacent tavern that we managed this .
