Good weather most of the week. boat easy to handle and the canals were very quiet

Everything about the boat was as described. We were comfortable and relaxed knowing the boat was perfectly prepared for our party of 6 (3 couple)s). The Caen Hill flight was superb.

The 7 day trip was very good and after the initial panic we mastered the locks and mooring up. I purchased a map book from the office before we left which was really informative but quite a few of the pubs on route were either closed or had stopped doing food which proved a problem in the evenings. Maybe a little update please

Wood Sandpiper was a modern, well-built and fitted out in tasteful decor and soft furnishings. All members of staff - office, reception, housekeeping and boat maintenance were most helpful.
