Staff were very friendly at the beginning and end of our holiday. we had an electrical problem on day 2 of our 4 day trip (my fault, not the boat) and again, friendly staff on the phone talked us through what I had done wrong and how to fix it, 10 minutes and we we're back on our way.

The woman at the front desk was wonderful- kind and reassuring. Information provided was very helpful . Communication on booking was excellent. Liked the app. WiFi frustrating though.

Lätt och smidigt att hyra. Tyvärr blev toaletten full efter bara 2 dagar så de hade antagligen glömt att tömma den innan.

The service from the office at Wrenbury Mill was exceptional, the handover of the boat was very informative. The thing that impressed me the most was the amazing staff, I had forgotten my medication for the week and being the weekend was struggling to find a local pharmacy to arrange collection. The lady from the office in Wrenbury Lynn Hopkinson managed to locate the nearest pharmacy and then very kindly asked her daughter Katie, (who also works for ABC at Whitchurch) to collect me from Willeymore lock and drive me to Ellesmere to collect my prescription and then returned to collect me and take me back to Willeymore lock. This is above and beyond expectations. Fantastic week had by all.

Excellent new Marina at Springwood Haven with helpfully staff. Lovely new boat too, best boat of our trips with ABC so far.

Everything from the warm welcome on arrival, advice on different routes to help make up your mind, if you haven't already, to the excellent support if you have a problem whilst on the way round your chosen cruise, is second to none. Level of cleanliness and fully stocked with every utensil you could ever want.

I've been on barge trips about 12 times over the years and it has now become a priority week for my wife and I when booking our annual holidays. I certainly wouldn't miss our week on the canals.
