Boat was ready for us on arrival, very clean, very comfortable and everything we expected. Handover and instructions were good, although a bit more time could have ben spent explaining the best way to approach turning round in a winding.

ABC where fantastic. They looked after us so well. We collected the barge and had never done anything like this before. Chris gave us a great tutorial, very informative.. they offer 24 hour call out service if there is a problem with the barge, which we had to use and Josh was excellent and very prompt…would definitely use this company again.. thanks so much for a wonderful experience ABC

The trip was fine as far as ABC were concerned but have recently found the canals and locks in a poor state and apparently lacking investment.

The boat was well prepared for us, all clean and tidy, and everybody was very helpful. the lock model was well presented and explained. The shop was full of typical boating sundries and holiday mode oddments.

Boat was well provided for with linen etc,, very clean and tidy, all as advertised. Staff very helpful, and plenty of manual information for all occasions. Assistance leaving the marina, and a readiness to answer all questions. The Llangollen canal is particularly scenic, and its stopping points, e.g. Coles Mere, Whitchurch, Ellesmere, Chirk and Llangollen just leave you wanting to return for more.
