Negative Recently hired a boat from springwood marina for a week. On the first night we had a couple of issues with our boat, one serious enough to return it to the marina on the following morning.we felt this issue should have been picked up before it was released to us as it could have led to a possible health issue Positive The staff at Springwood were very helpful( Mark ) and in the time it had taken for us to return to the marina we had been offered another boat at the kings orchard marina to continue our holiday. It was inconvenient to pack up and unpack again so quickly but the week was not lost. Many thanks to Liz at springwood marina for that. All staff were friendly and helpful to get us on our way again and have had further conversations with the office which has had a positive outcome. This hasn’t put us off returning in the future.
