Overall, the service provided was fantastic. From meeting with Katie greeting us on reception to the narrow boat engineer explaining everything we needed to know about the operation of the vessel. The narrow boat on presentation was great! We had everything we needed for the perfect getaway cruising the Llangollen Canal.
