Great boat with everything you could expect

They were very efficient both at the handover and the return. The boat was clean and well prepared. I left a coat and fleece in one of the wardrobes and they recovered them and mailed them to me. All in all excellent service and the run to and from Henley on Thames was magnificent

The WiFi was good when you were connected but it would ask you to enter the password and your details every time you went to use it. We got fed up of this very quickly.

The canal could have been better maintained and locks are hard work, especially if there are only two crew. But overall a great time was had by all.

Fantastic service pre and post trip by both ABC and Scottish Canals. Boat was lovely and clean although toilets needed pumped out half way through our trip as it seemed they hadn’t been from the last hirer but this all added to the experience. Would totally recommend.

When we got to alvechurch boat bedding was incorrectly set up, as one double, instead of two singles, and no other bedding for second bed. After 4 days pump out was required and we had no toilet for one day as we were no where near pump out facilities. I have always used abc boathire but feel that on this occasion the marina had not prepared the boat correctly, and after such a long time with this company am considering using another for future boating holidays.
