A perfect holiday. The boat was lovely and the staff at Springwood Haven went overboard (no pun intended) to ensure that the holiday was first class. Particular thanks to Liz, Sue and Kevin at Springwood Haven Marina that provided solutions and answers to every request raised. I'm sure there are other staff behind the scenes whose names I won't know and we wish to extend our thanks to them, too. The icing on the cake was the perfect week's weather in March when we went on our trip. We will be back to hire another narrow boat from you sometime in the near future. Thank you to everyone at ABC. Check boat before hand over. No hot water, hose pipe leaky, power throttle not holding, toilet problem, smoky deisel on central heating operation, gas bottles not turned on for cooker.

Excellent throughout. Staff were all very professional and extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend a holiday from Springwood Haven.

Our week on the Llangollen canal was absolutely Wonderful, the weather was really warm for March There was lots of beautiful place to visit one that was worth the walk was the Horseshoe Falls. Will be coming back again

Got stuck and couldn’t get hold of company and seemed rude on the phone when I did and took ages to get back to me and wasted a whole day of cruising

Excellent service from handover to return. We had to change our booking due to my husband being admitted to hospital at short notice. ABC handled this with great ease thankyou.
