So don't take our word for it, see what thousands of our customers are saying about us!
We went from the marina to just beyond the Trevor basin and back. We had planned to go to Llangollen, but we ran out of time as we'd not accounted for interactions with other canal users, locks, tunnels and the lift bridge. As first timers, we'll know for next time. However the slower pace meant more time to enjoy the trip and relax.

ABC Boat Hire’s supplied a top notch canal boat.for our one week tour of the Llangollen canal starting at Whitchurch. Everything worked on the boat and it was very well designed. The reception staff in the office were very pleasant to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed the vacation.

Overall the trip was great and we were able to experience a host of the things associated with a canal trip like single locks, double locks and staircase locks. The trip was only marred by the inclement weather.

Our boat was ready and waiting. Spotlessly clean throughout the boat. Hand over by Richard was easy. Boat layout was great. Liked the extendable "shelf" type arrangement to extend the width of the beds when set up as singles as in our arrangement. Matresses were comfortable and gave a good night's sleep.

Great route - scenic with of course the amazing aquaduct to cross. It was quieter this trip due to no boats being able to pass the breach at Whitchurch, so there were plenty of mooring available.
