good service With towels and equipment on ready for us when we came on board, Raincoats, heaters and microwave cookers all worked well we had a very enjoyable week No problems with running out of electricity in the night instructions on handling the locks it was a bit difficult to get to Bristol, but that wasn’t a problem with the boat the difficulties with the couple of locks that were slow on the riven Avon

We hired an eight berth 70 foot now remote for a weeks holiday on the Kennett And Avon Canal In the first week of September, the boat was clean and well appointed with all the things we need for the very nice bag of cloth, et cetera in the bathroom and good towels and bedding. There were raincoats and umbrellas for when we needed them and the gas cooker and heater were excellent when we needed them, instructions from the Andy and the team at the office were already clear And were very accommodating when we had a minor accident with a small breakage. Very enjoyable week on the water

The service was brilliant from start to end, nothing was too much trouble and they were able to accommodate a lsst minute change to our itinerary. The staff at the boat yard were friendly, knowledgeable and assisted us with anything we needed.

Excellent customer service. Everything was carefully explained as recorded in the book - as there was a lot to remember - and a few useful tips about locations and recommendations which were not in the book. The staff were helpful, considerate and charming.

From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained. The staff were so friendly and helpful but remained professional at all times. The boat was in good condition and very clean and surprisingly comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped with quality utensils and the fridge was of good size. We even tested the heating as one of the evenings was chilly. Really impressed with the holiday, thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that locks gave us and would not hesitate to recommend this company.
