Sensational service and fantastic holiday Have done it before about 15 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time. Best canal for scenery I’m told by many and the ABC staff look after you very very well

We travelled to Bath and a bit beyond on the Avon River. Bath was an incredible city with the Abbey and Roman baths a must visit. Great restaurants of all genres

All the staff were very helpful and went the extra mile. We arrived late because of flight delays but they got us underway. What we weren’t so pleased with was the condition of the boat. Mechanically it was fine with the engine, rudder, and heating working well, but the interior condition was less than desired. One shower leaked so badly that we abandoned using it. It soaked carpet in one bedroom. One sink in the same bathroom also leaked which we found out when items below it go wet. It was obvious the shower had been worked on before but the problem not solved. A cabinet door fell off midweek.

Our reception was good, also the boat. Small table up front was useful but would be better if it was longer and more narrow, was difficult to get past. First time on this canal after 18 years on midlands and north canals. Would reccomend ABC to others.

Boat was well presented and necessary safety gear was provided. Boat performed perfectly all day. Briefing by video and on the water coverered everything that was needed.
