From booking to handover the whole experience was excellent. Helpful and efficient. The boat was well stocked with essentials, free WiFi and both showers were very good. Sparkling clean too

Everything was brilliant from start to finish,the lady in reception was lovely, hand over was excellent ,the weather was on our side to (no rain) ,hopefully we'll do again soon .Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed our week 5 stars But if I had to find a negative it would be the shower kept stopping mid shower But didn’t spoil our week Loved it

The rating would have been higher but the attitude of the boat staff in Rugby, along with the challenging entry and exit issues from the wharf. They were not particularly pleasant and understanding with the challenges faced. This was our third trip with ABC, the previous were all out of Hilperton. I would highly recommend ABC as a hire company, but not from Rugby Wharf.

Great break, really enjoyed the time away. Unfortunately we broke down on the way. Great comms from abc and the marina. We were given an option of late arrival if required and manager gave me her personal mobile. As it worked out we went home and made an early journey to reach marina on Sunday All appreciated

Everything was excellent except the wi-fi kept dropping out, the tv had no signal. Also we found the hand over time on Friday morning is a little early.

We had a lovely time on the boat, the only thing that was worth mentioning was that we would prefer a proper double bed instead of two single mattress pushed together.
