The service from the office at Wrenbury Mill was exceptional, the handover of the boat was very informative. The thing that impressed me the most was the amazing staff, I had forgotten my medication for the week and being the weekend was struggling to find a local pharmacy to arrange collection. The lady from the office in Wrenbury Lynn Hopkinson managed to locate the nearest pharmacy and then very kindly asked her daughter Katie, (who also works for ABC at Whitchurch) to collect me from Willeymore lock and drive me to Ellesmere to collect my prescription and then returned to collect me and take me back to Willeymore lock. This is above and beyond expectations. Fantastic week had by all.

Everything from the warm welcome on arrival, advice on different routes to help make up your mind, if you haven't already, to the excellent support if you have a problem whilst on the way round your chosen cruise, is second to none. Level of cleanliness and fully stocked with every utensil you could ever want.

When we arrived to pick up the boat Cactus Wren we found the layout was perfect for us as a couple and she was immaculately clean and very well-equipped. The only thing on the boat which was not to the standard expected was one of the mattresses making up the double bed. We cannot be sure what the actual issue was but it felt as if the internal springs had gone and meant that I couldn't get comfortable and get a full night's sleep for the entire 11 night holiday. We mentioned this to the base manager and she said she would report the problem to ABC. Overall Cactus Wren is a beautiful, well-maintained and clean boat.

Really good service from all the Staff at Falkirk Marina - the boat was beautifully prepared for our week aboard and the Green Sandpiper was fitted out with everything that we needed and more. A brilliant way to enjoy a relaxing week with no hassel, thanks to the top-class service from ABC!

This trip has been rearranged twice due to Covid and ABC have been very accommodating. We visited the boatyard a couple of days early to make sure we knew where we were going and all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful.
