Just about everything was as good as in the past we have come to expect. Excellent Brief from your staff, helpful when we had an injured crew member, excellent return handover. Only downside may now be as we spent some time with the Fleet Air Arm narrowboat during the week we are now trying to hire that for our next trip, but only because the same 10 berth boat is a lot cheaper. If we cannot get it we will however be back to ABC boats. The matresses in end berth were much better than mid section, will this change eventually? Pat Bradley

Boat was dated, and we had to fill up with water on our first day of travel, and on our second day we had to call into Whitchurch marina to have the holding tank emptied this is not the first time this has happened.

Holiday was spoiled by the very loud noise made bu the engine which we were told by other boaters was the gears etc

Had an excellent experience. The engineer who came out, Steve, was very helpful. So too were all staff.

Fantastic experience. Great communication from initial booking to signing off, all members of staff were extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Lucy's Warbler was very well equipped and clean, everything worked as well as we hoped for, especially the central heating on the cooler,wet days!

A well designed and well equipped boat. Very easy to use. If you are a beginner at boating then the very helpful staff at the marina will make sure you are happy before you set off. For experienced boaters like us, they respect your expertise and still make sure you are happy with everything. If only they could arrange the weather………..
