The boat was excellent, The instruction was informative & the hand over quick & smooth. A faultless experience which made the holiday, one of the best we had all been on. Thank You to everyone.

Boat was clean (but basic), and accommodated 4 adults comfortably. One of there toilets was rather cramped and movement past the dining table was a little restricted. Bed mattresses were a little worn too and had obviously seen a few summers. However the boat was ready as planned and provided us with a lovely holiday afloat. Our only problem related to the heating system which failed whilst we were at Brecon. However engineers were on scene within 2 hrs and swapped out the unit for us.

Thank you for your feedback. We do change the mattresses on our boats regularly but I have forwarded your comments to the Marina who will check them to see if they need changing. It is disappointing to hear that you had a technical issue with the heating during your holiday but we are pleased to hear that this was resolved quickly. Very clean, lovely little touches like the welcome pack, toiletries, flowers in a vase. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our tv didn't work and the Wi-Fi was awful as every time you used your phone you had to log your details in then on Sunday morning we had no Wi-Fi at all even though we were told we had it for 4 days but only took charge of the barge on the Friday afternoon .

The boat was clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The marina agreed to store some luggage for us during our cruise. A last minute request for a change in sleeping configuration was attended to with no problems and was done so in a friendly manner. The trainer was friendly and answered all our questions enthusiastically. Our only complaint concerns our last night aboard. We arrived back at the marina and asked for a pump out as one of the toilets had indicated it was full with a glowing red light. The marina agreed and said we could also spend the final night aboard the boat while it was inside the marina facility. However, the attendant only pumped out the one holding tank which resulted in a list to one side. This meant that anyone sleeping on the starboard side of the boat was struggling all night to not roll out of the bunk.

We are disappointed to hear that the member of staff who did the pump out for you didn't realise that this would cause the boat to list and your comments have been forwarded to the Marina so if this situation arises again in the future they will now be aware. We do advise customers to purchase a map or guide ahead of their holiday so that they can discuss their route plans with a member of staff during their handover. We do also have a selection of maps and guides available in the marina shop if necessary. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
