Friendly and efficient staff. This was our first time on a narrow boat. The instruction and handover was very good. The instructor made us feel at ease. Everything worked fine on the boat. There were no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed out holiday. Well done ABC Boathire !

The staff at Aldermaston Wharf were extremely helpful and everything ran really smoothly. We would definitely repeat our trip with ABC Boat Hire and maybe try a different route in the future.

Booking staff involved so helpful and very responsive. Boat to high standard. Boatyard staff also very helpful and understanding of needs of my husband who has mobility problems.

The main reason is that I felt there was a lack of practical training, while I recognise the challenges due to covid19. Setting out on a 70ft boat, with no previous experience and limited training was daunting and made the initial period very stressful.

We had no complaints about the boat, it was very well equipped and comfortable. Our only minor comment would be that the seating in the dinette was insufficient for 7 to eat a meal comfortably around the table at the same time.
