Every aspect of this holiday was well prepared for by the amazing team at Whitchurch Marina. The lady in reception was so friendly and very informative. The staff handing over the boat were also very friendly and gave full easy to follow instructions on how to use the boat and everyone made us feel at ease. We felt we had their support even when we had left the marina. On return everything went smoothly. The narrow boat was clean and well equipped. We shall certainly return for another lovely relaxing holiday. Thank you to everyone involved.

Very enjoyable trip and no major issues. Heating in boat a bit feeble - OK on our trip but if colder weather might have been more of an issue. I reckon spare loo rolls of recommended paper should be provided, especially as the consequences of using multi-ply can be dire. We had enough - but there were only two of us on a boat that could have taken 6. Seems a bit mean.

Had a fabulous weekend, boat was immaculate and well maintained. Marina staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. catering for our needs by ensuring boat was moored by quayside to enable easy access. We have chartered from ABC on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the quality service they provide.

It was more to do with the canal itself . The water levels on the canal was far to low. We could not pass another boat without being grounded. Hence wasting a lot of our holiday.

So many people now live on canal boats that we found the 48 hour moorings on the river Avon were full. This made a very long journey.the marina should have arranged private moorings or advised us in advance that this would have been a problem. In the notes sent out before the trip, places to visit along the Avon were mentioned. But no use to boaters when they are unable to moor up.
