We throughly enjoyed our trip. We went from Hilperton to Bath and back in 4 days. Through practice we got pretty good at managing the locks and tying the knots. Really excited to go again soon.

The boat was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Staff were very helpful. The engineer we called out regarding the toilet came very quickly and sorted the problem.

We enjoyed the circular tour we completed of the Black Country ring. It was hard work on the locks but saw some really lovely scenery and met some good people.

Made us very welcome when enquiring about booking a holiday, very knowledgeable, polite and helpful never pressured us at any point. Booking was simple and easy, reminders about dates to pay balance etc were good. Everything was ready when we arrived just a very professional team.

Our trip was wonderful. The boat was excellently equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. It was spotlessly clean. The bathroom technology is fantastic - powerful showers with self-pumping drain and toilet flush system is far from basic. You would never guess these bathrooms were on a narrowboat. We had a wonderful and comfortable break, even with 8 people in an 8-berth boat.
