The boat was great, the yard rather less so.

The boat was lovely but there were two shortcomings. We have never previously (8 trips) had to pump-out yet despite having only three on board we had to do so after only 5 days. Also, the WiFi allocation of a few hundred mbs was far from adequate for a week.

All very good until having to have a pump out on the second day and the odour from the toilet in the rear cabin bunk.

Great holiday and great staff. Even got a free pump out at sister marina. Thanks . Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is down to the boat fittings being perhaps a little tired in places - maybe I expect too much?

We had a very enjoyable holiday thank you. The only downside was that the boat itself was not as clean as it could be. The cupboards under the seats were not clean and we had to wash the floor just after arrival. Also 1 or 2 of the kitchen utensils were dirty. This was rather surprising owing to the Corona situation.

Excellent holiday. The boat was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff at the marina were friendly and helpful. The handover was well planned and carried out with regard to the current Covid restrictions.

Our first time canal boating, and everything went perfectly, thoroughly enjoyed it. Hand over was smooth and timely, staff were helpful and the boat was exactly as described and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The handover procedure was handled well bearing in mind the COVID restrictions. The boat although I believe it to be fairly old, ran well and handled well. The return handling was just as efficient, including the filling of diesel and the refund of part of the fuel deposit.
