The barge was lovely and clean with all the facilities we needed for a great canal experience. The bed was comfy and the shower was perfect would definitely do this again

Gorgeous short break with 2 x boats, 8 x adults and 4 x children and everyone wanted to be in charge! Boat well equipped, instructions good. Boat yard staff very helpful and informative. Our grateful thanks to all concerned.

The staff were brilliant even before check when we called for information etc.,. we had a problem whilst on board with the shower within 2 hours Roy caught up with us enroute and sorted it out, doing the hand over was easy and informative. Staff on reception were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend ABC, the only thing they couldn't do anything about was the weather

Our first narrow boat experience was magical. Wonderful tranquil scenery, great canal side walks for our narrow whippets. Good pub beers and food.

Fantastic barge, clean & well equipped. Dropping one star because the double bed configuration of the middle bed cabin was very uncomfortable. This was due to the high ridge in the middle of the bed where the two mattresses join. Other than that, great barge. Thank you

The boat was well equipped, very clean, good condition and layout and in good order generally. Provision of useful items appreciated. The only things that inconvenienced us was the water in the showers could not be regulated and a few Wi-fi problems. Advisable to plan route and facilities in advance

Everything about the experience was first class. We originally booked in 2020 but Covid meant we had to postpone til May 2021. Then the river Severn was in flood so another delay and eventually we sailed in July. Booking team superb throughout. The handover was excellent and as experienced boaters we only had to answer a couple of questions and then we were on our way. The boat was great with all the facilities you could want.

Great Owl was a little bit tired compared to the boat we hired in may from Blackwater Meadow. The front fender was very old and came loose and the tiller handle came out, which we taped back on. Worcester marina replaced the fender and topped us up with water and pumped us out also, great services may say. I haven't heard back about a possible fuel rebate or if there was anything more to pay, but all in all it was another brilliant experience with yourselves.
