Whilst it was a good holiday, one of our group had to leave early simply because the dinette bed was like sleeping on a brick. I tried sleeping on it myself and it has to be one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The cushions used to make it also separated during the night adding to the discomfort.

Great holiday this year - we were very happy booking with ABC boat hire - the staff were particularly helpful with making a change to our break due to an unfortunate water breach on the canal. The staff at the base were very kind and informative. Our boat was first class all round - it was extremely well equipped. There was plenty of room for our party of 4 adults and 4 children. We would happily recommend ABC to friends and family and we may well book again ourselves in the future for another location.

From start to finish , Except for the parking spaces being to small. Excellent hand over , video tutorials. Staff very pleasant and friendly boats in immaculate condition.. Would highly recommend to all

As per last year the boat yard were friendly, efficient and helpful. A nice relaxing trip down the Kennet and Avon canal. The boat is well equipped and has plenty of storage.

The hot tap at the sink had a loose handle and needed a new washer. It was obvious that this fault must have existed for a long time.

Relaxed and friendly yet efficient staff. Instruction provided on piloting the boat, which helped reassure us as we were novices in narrowboat handling. The boat was clean and comfortable. A+
