We had an awesome time, but needed more of it to enjoy and also get used to the navigation of the boat. We only had two nights... Next time will book a longer stay. Highly recommend.

my holiday got off to a bad start due to the fact Tesco would not leave my shopping as I was not there. we do not drive so have to use train making it impossible for us to bring much with us. We planed to get a taxi to the local shop but your wonderful staff insisted on giving me a lift to a larger out of town shop were I was able to get all I needed. I find all your staff so helpful and they obviously take great pride in working for you. This is about the fifth time I have used you and always know I will get the best service from you.

We loved our trip! The onboard facilities were great and I feel like extra touches such as soaps and sponges etc were delightful. Been recommending canal boats to all my friends.

Mainly for the company on board (son & his partner & dog, celebrating our 40th anniversary). Weather was poor half the time but the supplied waterproofs were indeed waterproof. Pandemic made waterside pubs not as inviting as they would be. Great format for a holiday with family, will be doing this again

Draw in fridge damaged. Door to back bathroom hard to lock. All else very good.

Storage was very inconveniently placed ie under beds, so that mattresses had to lifted to access items. We suggest that the milk jug be thrown away, dreadful dreadful pourer….teapot not to good either. Frying pan, everything stuck I tried little oil then loads of oil. Non stick definitely needed and also plastic/rubber utensils. Washing the pan was then a nightmare as it just would not clean up. I understand that nonstick does not last long but the price of a pan is negligible. Very frustrating. I’ll bring my own next time,,,,,

Excellent staff at the handover, they made us feel welcome and had the boat ready early so we could load the fridge and then settle in with all our other belongings. Helped provide an ice tray and extra life jacket with no fuss. Staff were just as happy on our return to the Marina. Thank You Paul Hill.

weather poor first week but thats not anyones fault. traffic delayed us to arrive for our booked time of check in but we were still able to get on and leave .
