The people, boat and facilities excluding WiFi on board were perfect for us One beef was the WFI as it continually dropped(only minutes after logging on) this was not helpful.

Everything was as, or better than we expected. The staff were very friendly and explained the operation and handling of the boat in a clear and understandable fashion.

everything about the boat and the canal was 5*, but we were dissapointed by the problems encountered by trying to eat out in the evenings, with no food in pubs Sunday evening, and Pubs shut Mondays, not a good start to our week

This was our first barge experience and it was for my partners 50th birthday. We enjoyed it more than words can say, it surpassed all expectations and I know everyone in the crew would wholeheartedly recommend ABC boat hire. We’re already planning our next trip! Thank you to everyone from Cherry in customer service to Neil in the shop and the engineer who inducted us. My partner said it was the best birthday ever a d he’s had 50 of them now! Thanks so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderfully looked after throughout and a perfect holiday. The details on-board that have been included within the package are most impressive and have obviously been thought about carefully by a superb team at ABC Boat Hire.

Very helpful staff at all stages. Particular thanks to Whitchurch staff on the handover. Also housekeeping person when I phoned two weeks before to ask for two extra towels and change of sheets for two beds to be provided. Boat in excellent condition and very well prepared..

The boat itself was very good and it was well equipped. We didn't find the Kennet & Avon Canal as attractive as other canals we have used.

Our overall experience was very positive, however there were points that need addressing we felt. Firstly there were 8 of us on a 12 berth but the internet allowance ran out on day 2 which in this day and age is unacceptable. Secondly both the pillows and duvets need replacing and didn’t seem very clean.
