we have been on several canal trips, same number of people, for 1 week. This is the first time we have had to have pump out 1/2 way through. In fact the light came on in one of the toilets 1 day after the pump out. When i queried this I was basically told it was out fault - or the pump out had not been completed properly. it seems we should have been eating out more & using public facilities. We do not usually eat eat in pubs, - , and tend to do home made food.

Everything possible item required on board provided and boat immaculate. process before departure smooth and simple and hand over thorough for beginners. Even the weather was great

Everything was better than expected as it had been a few years since we had this type of holiday. All of the staff at the marina were extremely courteous and helpful. The boat was well equipped and easy to use.

Engine failed (But good response from callout). Boat exterior paintwork was tired. Interior cleaning could have Benn deeper.

2 years in the planning and 6 of us enjoyed it as 2013 was last boating holiday together only improvement would be expandable hose instead of cassette hose

Boat was what we expected. But would have loved to have a water indicator level inside the boat, as was concerned how much water we had left .😊 This was our first ever narrow boat experience.. would def do again ..

The staff at the marina helped make this our very best trip ever. Really helpful very positive and customer focused. Kate invited us to arrive early to get booked in before the busy 2pm session. Great local advice on where to have our first lunch. We would go back to kings orchard based on ourexperience.
