Great boat. Well equipped. Shame the mattresses were a bit soft and uncomfortable so we sacrificed a bit of sleep. Would be better with memory foam that can cope with being sat on like a sofa

The boat was very clean, well equipped and maintained. The wifi worked well. The staff were friendly and informative. The only downside was that we had to wait for the boat to be ready and then for the induction which took around 1.5 hours which meant we didn't leave until around 4.30 after loading our luggage. It would have been nice if this could be taken into account on our last morning and we could have had a little more time to return the boat. I also thought we needed to return the boat by 9.00am as this is what the booking said but we were advised to return the boat at 08.30am. It would have also been useful to have access to the bins on at the marina on the evening before as we stopped at the marina but had nowhere to throw away our rubbish and had to wait until the following morning.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. At busy times and especially in the current climate with so many first time boaters; it can take up to 2 hours to complete your boat handover. I have checked with Alvechurch Marina and when customers ask what time they can return the boat and they tell them from 8:30am and by 9am. The Marina have also confirmed that the bin compound isn't locked and that you are able to access the area at any time. Excellent boat with good facilities alongwith good staff at the Worcester Marina who were very helpful and pleasant both at the beginning and end of the holiday making the whole first time experience enjoyable.

Had problems with cold showers - water would not get warm. When using hoover it stunk of dog from previous occupants? Had to clean it out myself, before using it. Did not feel boat was that clean.

As first time novices not sure what to expect but put at ease with friendly and informative staff. Boat well equipped with all you would need but being 6ft 4 the bed could have been bigger. Would recommend and will return.
