Our boat was very well equipped and all the staff at the marina were very friendly and helpful. The weather for our tr up at the end of May was unseasonably cold and at times wet but the heating system on the boat was very efficient.

Met by a very cheerful team who got us on the water within a very short time. They gave valuable aid to a narrow boat newbie and were quick to supply a replacement padlock when one could not be found on board. Led to a very smooth and cathartic four days. Great relaxation which was just what we needed.

The boat was super clean and exactly, if not more than what we expected. The only downside were the reception staff at the wharf, a lady called jan was great, but everyone else were super rude and like we were an inconvenience. The lady that instructed us about locks was shocking, so rude, and made it even more complicated than it actually was. Great weekend, but the staff (a few) need to focus on customer service

Overall it was a really good holiday on a well equipped narrow Boat The boat was very clean when we came on board and the handover was very good and informative from a professional but friendly member of staff .

A great week on the Stourport Ring. Canals were quiet and all pubs were open and set up safely. Boat was very good and the scenery superb especially from Birmingham to Stourport. Good mixture of locks,tunnels and aqua ducts.
