Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday, and the weather helped hugely, but the handover was poorly organised, we arrived for 1.30pm and didn’t get to leave until 4pm because of the lack of communication, clarity and instruction. Also the return of the boat is far too early. We pretty much lost a day of holiday. It felt unorganised with lack of info on things like where to moor- we had to moor a fair distance away. The gates were late to be opened to start unloading. The boat was fine, clean, and good kitchen facilities, but the tv didn’t work, and it wasn’t that there was no reception, it didn’t even work just outside the marina. It’s a shame you don’t provide a map or timings of how far away each point is to another. It was very difficult to navigate how far to go or how many stops to make, with no info given from yourselves. The training didn’t feel sufficient and no mention of the one way systems and how to manage it. Thank goodness for comradely between boats. As I said, we did enjoy the holiday, but not so much the experience at the marina on departure especially. The initial man I spoke to felt to me to be quite irritated. The ladies though were very polite.

Well laid out boat - clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Just a couple of niggles - a broken glass left in cupboard, cooker knob broken, very dim lighting.

We have been using ABC BOAT for over ten years and as usual it was perfect from arriving at the boatyard till the end of the holiday. Boat was brilliant and super clean as always. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Could not fault it in any way

My partner had an injury just before our original planned holiday and couldn't go then. ABC were great and resold that week and allowed us to rebook a few weeks later (without charging us). The boat was in great condition and well equipped. The ABC staff were very helpful and friendly

Great overall experience. We were very lucky with weather and lock downs! The care we experienced at Whitchurch Marina was excellent, all staff were very pleasant, and thorough. Josh was particularly welcoming, and helpful. The boat decor felt like a 70s caravan, but characterful and served the purpose. The biggest let down was the WiFi, whenever one stopped using it, it logged off and demanded another password via your head office to log back in,. It was very poor, and what a waste of your staffs time! We called into your main Marina to empty the tank and take on wateat Blackwater, r, your more senior employee there was basically rude!, a very curt, dismissive, and unhelpful. Telling us that we shouldn't have gone in, although no signs to say that, you will have to wait for the lads to empty the tank, but most unpleasant in his tone. The young lad, whose Father also works for you, was the total reverse, helpful, joyous, helpful, and professional. A roll reversal may be in order! To sum up, had a great time, enjoyed all but one of the staff interactions, and .

We were apprehensive about our holiday bringing 3 dogs but it went very well. The staff set us off and helped extremely well so that we could get into the holiday straight away. Thanks to all

Excellent mid week break from start to finish. Minor issue on boat sorted with no issues and left on time. Instructions given before we left. Boat was perfect through the week. Would recommend to anyone

The sheets did not fit the bed so ending up laying on the bare mattress until I went and brought a sheet that fitted

The boat was a very recent example, in perfect condition, with no criticism able to be levelled, other than, perhaps, the noise of the water pressure pumps which sometime sounded throughout the boat like a machine-gun banging away.
