Good boat, ideal for our chosen trip, good weather, what more can you ask. Very disappointed that we could not use either television, i.e. broken Ariel connection to galley television and unable to tune in second television.

Excellent holiday. Boat had everything we needed. Staff welcoming and helpful. We even got money back as used less fuel than expected.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Scenery lovely and nice to have both canal and river Severn in our route. It was quite full on to get round our loop as had 30 plus locks but was good fun. Was brilliant to be able to take our two dogs with us. Only downside was that we didn’t find places to eat along the way - not many of them and some weren’t serving food

Very accommodating and relaxed friendly handover and return process. Boat was clean tidy and well presented with nothing left out.

Shower access was difficult, wardrobe light was the wrong side of the door, fridge was not up to it, toilet radiator was too close and too hot.

With the co-vid situation and having shielded, we were concerned but we need not have been the care in reception and preparation of the boat was everything you would want to see. We have sailed several times from this marina since 1991 and it has maintained its care for iots customers. Thank you for a great week.
