Awesome from start to finish. Excellent booking process. Checkin was first class as always and the young lady at Whitchurch is so bubbly and happy. The boat was spotless and everything clearly explained by the guys.

The team at Whitchurch were efficient and very friendly. They took into account our extensive boating experience. The boat was very clean and ready to go. The wider bed was good and we liked the extra space but could have done with a double memory foam topper to help make the two single mattresses more comfortable. (or a double mattress which I know would have been difficult due to the layout options available) Surprised that there was no 240v land hook up, especially as Llangollen basin provides power as part of the mooring fee. It would also have reduced fuel use just to keep the batteries charges. The roof hatch in the kitchen area leaked and this will eventually lead to the base of the kitchen units becoming water damaged. The rev counter stopped working on the 5th day of our holiday. (All points were passed to the team at Whitchurch on our return and they were grateful to us for pointing these out). All in all were were impressed with the team at Whitchurch and the boat and will continue to use ABC in the future.

I appreciate that due to Covid-19 some things have been changed, but firstly I do not feel that enough work had been done on the boar during lock down, and secondly some usual items in the inventory were not there. Had we known beforehand, we would have brought them with us (e.g. wooden spoon)

Clean and well-equipped boat. Generally very friendly, although the Marina was slightly stern about arrival time - latest 4.30 p.m.

Lovely days cruising the Kennet and Avon canal. The boat was well equipped and the perfect size for first time cruisers. A couple of big issues for us were how cold the boat got at night and the fact that the TVs didn’t work. However the days were lovely and we would definitely do another trip but only during very warm weather!
