Good location on the canal network. Straightforward check-in process. Speedy technical handover when technician realised we'd cruised many times before so no time wasted. Well appointed boat that handled very nicely.

Gailey is a great start location for first time boaters as the marina is positioned next to a lock meaning a member of the team can accompany a crew through their first lock if necessary. We all had a lovely time but the number of boats on the canals now meant we didn’t get as far as we had hoped because we had to queue at locks, for water and go slow so often because of moored boats at the side of the canal.

We think on a larger boat such as this 4 windlasses should be offered. Advise clients to take double adaptors for extra phone charging.

No problem with the company, just that the number of mooring spots were few and far between which meant that we were concerned each day whether we would find somewhere or have to double-moor.
