We booked for five people. There was only bedding for four. There were only four glasses. The kitchen and fridge were dirty. When we returned the boat we were not asked how things went and there was no reference to our fuel refund - which we have not received. This was our fourth ABC holiday and we have never had a problem before. We got the impression that Reedley Marina was understaffed and unable to cope as efficiently as our previous, excellent, ABC holidays.

Thank you for your feedback, we have contacted the Marina and asked them to check that the itinerary on board this boat is correct. A fuel deposit refund is often resolved over the phone after customers have left the marina as sometimes they don't have the time to wait or they may have returned the boat out of hours. We understand that you have now spoken to a member of staff at the Marina and your refund has been given. We hope you enjoyed your holiday over all and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. Clean, well maintained and tidy boat. Lots of parking at boat yard. Beautiful location on a picturesque canal. Free wifi was a great bonus for family with a teenage.

The boat was above my expectations for cleanliness and facilities, all the staff at black water marina were extremely helpful and knowledgable, making our first narrow boat experience an excellent one.

Friendly, well-informed staff at the marina who got us away with the minimum of fuss. We've never been offered such a good info pack from a boatyard before. The boat was superb, clean and ready to go.

The boat was lovely, the canals were great, especially the Falkirk Wheel and down to the Kelpies. The hand over from Kenny was excellent and very helpful with suggestions of places to go and where to moor etc.

we had a fantastic time on board our boat, It was so comfortable clean and well equipped. Everything was so simple to use, Handling the boat was very simple and great fun.

Nothing was too much for any of the staff, even though they were busy with people all arriving to book their boats out they made it like you were the important party.
