Great company to go with - staff so lovely and boats comfy,especially the bedding!!! Very well equipped and a good time to go on the canal, as not too busy.

Arrival was disappointing at first and felt person in shop was not very welcoming a bit disappointed. When came back to check in as different experience with same person. Same experience in cafe restaurant next door so went to village and spent our money ... bar lost out on £120. Crew showing around oat were brilliant and all harbour staff great. Awesome time and would do again

Great holiday, great boat. But what really made the difference was Roy, the marina manager, who made us feel so welcome, gave us great instruction, and was very welcoming when we returned,.

Excellent service, quick and easy when we arrived despite the Covid restrictyions. Very friendly staff who were all very pleasant amnd welcoming.

I spoke to to the lady at the marina on numerous occasions as a result of Covid and she was fantastic always so helpful despite very difficult circumstances. ABC were also excellent for providing options for full or partial refunds both from Covid and the landslide on the Union canal. Excellent customer service, can't fault them in any way
