This was our fifth narrow boat holiday with ABC and all the others have been absolutely first class. However this one was not so enjoyable. To put it simply the previous hirers of the boat had obviously had a dog on board. The boat absolutely stank of dogs and there was pet hair all over the cabin floors. We had to buy air fresheners and Fabreze for the cushions to hide the awful smell.

Enjoyed boat and amenities offered. Marina staff very helpful. A few minor issues were reported to marina.

Had a great holiday - although a novis, my son and I felt quite comfortable beginning our 4 night cruise of the Droitwich Ring, knowing help was at the end of the phone if needed. We had excellent weather for the time of year, which made the holiday perfect!

The canal was untidy to say the least in many places and it distracted me from giving anything but an average mark

boat not ready till after 4pm rear bed duvet was wet and had to be changed no welcome pack rear toilet was not emptied so we had to stop sunday moring for pump out no attachments for hover
