Headed towards Bristol from Hilperton. Didn't make Bristol due to one of the locks on our route being impassable due ongoing repairs on one of the days. Spent an extra day in Bath before travelling as far as Saltford Locks before heading back.

Boat well prepared but we think the Mon and Brec Canal Guide should be included in price. An add on charge for a book we only used a few pages of is excessive

Goytre wharf is beautiful in itself but the hire of the boat and slow cruise along the canal made it even better

Wow! The ultimate do it yourself holiday on a great boat. Loved unpacking just the once and visiting such a lovely spot in England the relaxing way.

The boat was well kitted out, and ready to pick up. Everything was clean and organised, a quick lesson and off we went. Help was readily available if needed by phone or email and they even checked up on us when there was a blocked lock. We set out on a marvellous adventure in a reliable vessel with lots of sage advice. 100% amazing.

ABC Boat Hire were very helpful, the boat was clean and all ready for us. They recognised we had some experience of boat hire and gave appropriate training and guidance round the boat.

Fifth year in a row with ABC, you know what you're getting...a bit like the Premier Inn of canal boating. Unlimited wifi on board was a bonus this year.
