Have used this company many times in the past. The service received on this occasion was second to none. Check in was great quick, efficient, comprehensive and cheerful. The boat handover was the same and the chap was very knowledgeable about our route giving us some great stop of points along the way (the bakery is awesome). The boat was first class throughout. The only disappointment was that the holiday came to an end well here’s to next time we will be back. Thanks guys

All the people we meet in Springwood Haven were very nice. I think it was the nicest marina we’ve ever been to.. tidy and friendly. The boat, the same one we had from Rugby in 2017, behaved perfectly and was very well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We have used ABC boat hire 19 times, I suppose that tells everybody that we are satisfied

Possibly slightly unfair rating but our trip was adversely affected (not for the first time) due to the poor state of the canal infrastructure. One lock was closed for three days and another only opened for two hours each day. Although this is not directly the fault of ABC we think they should at least consider contributing either time or money towards the upkeep of the canals as it is their livelihood after all. . .

Boat was very well looked after and handed over to us in a very clean condition. We had an issue where our tiller became jammed (probably due to us hitting the side!) and after calling the office we had an engineer out to us within the hour and fixed in quick time. Great service and decent prices

Excellent service and lovely boat. Everything from the initial booking right through to the end of our holiday was perfect. The boat we had, house swift, is their the newest in the fleet and everything about it was first class. We've been hiring now for 5 years, since selling our own boat after 15 years, and this is the best company we've used to date.
