It would have been very useful to be advised of the winding holes sufficiently large for such a long boat. Otherwise instructions were good

Everything from start to finish about this holiday was fantastic, booking it, the boat was spotless & well equipped, staff at the marina were very friendly & helpful, the itinerary for our trip was spot on too. We will definitely use ABC & can’t recommend them enough.

Although there were a few minor issues we had a wonderful holiday the weather was glorious the barge was comfortable the whole experience was chilled even with locks.

Our holiday was great. The Oxford Canal is an excellent place to spend a week. Lovely scenery and countryside, enough locks to make the journey interesting, canal side pubs and restaurants, villages to visit. The boat was adequate enough not to spoil it.

Great holiday on a fantastic boat. The staff were great and helped us get away quickly, and the boat was very comfortable and clean. ABC made a big effort to keep everything "Covid-secure" which was much appreciated.

We expected a super clean boat due to covid19 but was disappointed particularly by the mould in the salad box in the fridge. We should also have been warned about the fact the toilets had not been pumped out as 2 hours into our holiday the red light came on .

Our little "Oscar" was very clean and exactly as we expected. All the staff at Gailey Marina were very proficient, friendly and welcoming. They greeted us like old friends as we have holidayed from there twice before

Boat was immaculate, staff were welcoming, instructions were sufficient, there was everything on the boat we needed. Only comments were water filling hose was pathetic, plastic reel holder fell to pieces- very minor problem The back of the boat for steering got slippery when wet, we did have green eyed envy at boats with rubber on. Fantastic holiday

Lovely holiday, great staff. Unfortunately had a mechanical issue with the narrowboat during our holiday, phoned the marina and within 1/2 hour engineer arrived and fixed the problem so minimal disruption to our holiday.
