An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The boat was spotless and the staff gave us all the time we needed to unpack and get settled. Can’t recommend highly enough.

First timers so nothing to compare it to, but we loved it, the holiday was really great, the boat was clean and completely reliable the staff were friendly and accommodating and the weather was exceptional ( I know they can’t take credit for that). All in all we were very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to book with ABC again. All the best Chris

A really great experience. Nice staff, well equipped boat. Even though 24 h support is said to be provided, we were lucky enough not needing to ask for it.

The marina were very good. We had a problem with the boats engine on the cruise. They came out straight away and repaired it so we were able to continue with our holiday.

The boat was immaculate when handed over and all the equipment was top shelf (Notable exception being a non-functioning vacuum cleaner). The staff were clear and direct in terms of outlining our responsibilities in order to stay safe and provided a very good tutorial whist driving the boat before we set off. The lock demonstration was similarly clear so when we actually left we felt well prepared. This is a good company which cares about its customers and we really felt as though we were in good hands. They are also ethical as they called us back to the office for a fuel refund (I completely forgot!). If you want a canal holiday - use these guys!

Gailey Wharf is positioned next to Gailey top lock which makes it a perfect start location for first time boaters as a member of the team can take the crew through during their handover.
