Not the best boat we have hired. Quite old and very tired. Siting outfront or at the stern was not comfortable. In fact sitting on the rail at the stern was positively uncomfortable. We would love to suggest some improvements that could be made. The mattresses slid on the bases, and two of us fell out of bed as a result.

Thank you for your feedback. The Eagle Class has a cruiser stern which is popular with many of our guests as the stern area is much more open and sociable. We do offer many boat classes with a semi traditional stern, with a designated seating area and perhaps this layout would suit you better. Your comments regarding the beds have been forwarded to the Marina. We hope we will be able to welcome you back again soon!

We booked for five people. There was only bedding for four. There were only four glasses. The kitchen and fridge were dirty. When we returned the boat we were not asked how things went and there was no reference to our fuel refund - which we have not received. This was our fourth ABC holiday and we have never had a problem before. We got the impression that Reedley Marina was understaffed and unable to cope as efficiently as our previous, excellent, ABC holidays.

Thank you for your feedback, we have contacted the Marina and asked them to check that the itinerary on board this boat is correct. A fuel deposit refund is often resolved over the phone after customers have left the marina as sometimes they don't have the time to wait or they may have returned the boat out of hours. We understand that you have now spoken to a member of staff at the Marina and your refund has been given. We hope you enjoyed your holiday over all and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

This was our first barge holiday, definitely won’t be our last, the staff were very friendly and the tuition was excellent, looking forward to next years holiday.
