Great time. Very organised when we picked the boat up. The staff were extremely helpful. It took 3 days to start enjoying it because it takes a while to get the hang steering, mooring etc. A week was perfect. Weather was hit & miss but we didn't mind as long as we weren't at work! Try it, it's an experience. There could have been nicer, newer rather, bedding and towels, and the boat wasnt the boat pictured in the brochure (it was an older boat with brown furnishings) Apart from that everything you needed to cook a meal in the kitchen area. The grill didnt work but if was not a problem. Great experience. Yes will do it again.!

Very relaxing , boat great perfect for two couples. Staff at ABC friendly and helpful at both start and finish. Might be useful to provide covid guidance for Wales in info pack and a better frying pan for english breakfasts! !

The team were easy to talk to by phone The hand over and instruction informative The boat was clean and well equipped One small negative comment is that the showers were too hot with no way of cooling them. The temperature control taps would not turn to adjust the temperature. Other than that a fantastic holiday

The boat was excllent, the staff were excellent. This latest trip was spoiled a bit by inexperience boaters losing control, frightened to pass close. Boats on our side on right hand bends, and having to hold the boat at the top of Bradford lock for 1 1/2hrs with all the newby antics. Otherwise a great boat and trip.

Your online video mis- represents what you may end up with, ours had no safe for the children's valuable tech IPADS, PSPs etc and our monies, very disappointing! Your video states that the boats have both a toaster and microwave as shown in your video, neither were present (not impressed), kitchen door handle repletely falling off locking us in the rear section of the boat, a definite fire hazard as no escape would have been possibly if the handle choice to fall off in an emergency, bathroom flooring rucked up potential trip hazard, shower wood work looking very tried and tatty, only two plug sockets in a cupboard, not in main areas as shown in your video, toilet that required a bucket of water poured down to clear blockages , not informed about this lovely task before commencement, video shows and says that the boat has a central safety hatch, No it did not!! No mention of the data cap on the WI Fi system, which is very very limited, video shows rear seating area totally non-existent. In essence you portray a Rolls Royce boat with all the mod cons, but in reality, supple a Robin Reliant version to some of your customers. This should be stated and a relevant prise reduction should be applied accordingly. P.S. inferred a VAT cash back informed us you were making representation to the Government in regard to this, YET never feed back to your customers of the outcome. Your faithfully David Ward

WiFi did not work for the entire week. I needed to keep in touch with work and this had been a deciding factor for choosing this boat. Very disappointing. Radiator in middle bedroom produced no heat so bedroom was very cold. Raging draft through the bow doors. Extremely noisy fridge, ancillary Buzz building to a crescendo before compressor switched off. So loud we had to turn up the tv volume to hear the programme each evening.
