To late leaving the marine waiting for over an hour not good

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked timings with the Marina and they have confirmed that there was a 20 minute wait from the point that you requested your handover until the time it started. The handover then took 34 minutes in total. We do ask customers to allow up to two hours from arrival to the completion of their handover as they may be some waiting during busy times. We hope to see you again soon.

Has to be one of our best weekends ever! We had so much fun along the canal, enjoying the scenery, wildlife and the comfort of the narrow boat with great friends, we had a blast!

From arrival to departure...a very professional outfit. Initial training video and a personal guide round the narrow boat, thanks Jason, were superb and put my mind at ease that we could do this long awaited experience...they did however forget to tell me about the 36 locks I would encounter on my first ever day underway :) :)

Thank you for your feedback. Although our Marina staff are always happy to discuss routes with our customers we do also recommend that you do some route planning before arriving at the Marina. The Tardebigge flight does feature in all of our route information on our website and it does make up a good percentage of 116 locks which form the Stourport Ring. Excellent holiday all round, although we did struggle with shortage of mooring on the River Nene. The boat was well-equipped and presented to an extremely high standard, probably the cleanest boat we've ever hired (this was our 10th narrowboat holiday). This is a family run boatyard and it shows - everyone was conspicuously friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent except for a couple of problems. The rear door was difficult to lock from the inside and one of the bolts came apart, the other problem was the wi-fi needed to log in every time. It did not remember that you had used it before as most wi-fi does.
