The handover process was very efficient. We rang the company for advice mid way through the holiday and received the help/ information required easily. On returning the boat it was just as efficient and fast. The booking process was very easy and Linda was very helpful and had all the information we needed.

We had a lovely holiday in Swanason Trush, the service we got at pickup and the state of the boat was excellent. All the people we met on our way was very friendly and helpful.

From beginning to end the experience was first class. Friendliness of the reception staff, explanation of the boat's facilities, operational parts and a short cruise to familiarise us with the boat handling characteristics. A very pleasant sail though the Cheshire countryside definitely a must for next year

Boat was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Staff at the marina were friendly and helpful. Not every boat on the canal made allowamces for novices like ourselves thus putting us in some awkward situations.

Great boat and in really good material condition. Unfortunately, we suffered a breakdown which resulted in the call out of an engineer. The engineer fixed the problem relatively quickly which was good to see.

The boat was very well appointed and comfortable. It made catering and sleeping on board for a couple plus dog easy.

An excellent week, marred just a little by the housekeeping issues mentioned below. The boat wasn't as clean as we had expected when we arrived - only small things, like cabin floors with bits of dirt/fluff on them. Also, the water tank had clearly not been completely filled: we had to spend 45 minutes filling it on the morning after we left the marina, and BEFORE we had showered. Other than that, all was fine.
