An amaxing relaxing time with fantastic views with exactly like we were told. The beds were super comfortable and the boat was very well equipped.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel welcome and at ease. We were given good instructions on everything on the boat from how to use all the bathroom and kitchen equipment and how to convert the beds to how to safely drive it

Boat hire was excellent, people very friendly. Unfortunately the route we choose was not the greatest, scenery poor and a total lack of restaurants/pubs on the canal banks - Reedley marina it's self was spot on - possibly should have just stayed there.

The holiday was fantastic and the boat was lovely and comfortable. The only bad part was the design of the rear doors which couldn't be closed and latched from the outside whilst the boat was moving. Possibly something similar to a magnetic strip down one side of the door would help.

Boat handled well. We had a really great time on a lovely canal. Only two small issues: *Bar across fridge door weak and it came loose. * Very narrow single beds

Great experience, friendly staff good barges no complaints. A point of note, its a shame that the boats have to be back so early, whilst I appreciate that you have to turn them around for other people to leave it would have been nicer if we could have come back for bout 10 -10.30?

Overall a lovely experience. The boat was clean and tidy when we arrived and there was plenty of instruction on what to do. The handover and handback was quick and efficient.

The boat was quite dated and the partition doors between bedrooms wouldn’t stay shut. Bad experience when we called the Help Line number for assistance when duvet got wrapped around prop. We were stuck for 80 mins. We called the help line but were declined assistance. I did inform the receptionist at Anderton on return

Thank you for your feedback. Anderton Marina have confirmed that you contacted them about the duvet wrapped around your propeller and they explained to you it is the customers responsibility to attempt to clear any debris. Theyasked you to call back if you were unable to resolve the problem and as they didn't hear from you they assumed that you had managed on your own. Customers can contact the Marina either during office hours or the call out engineer after hours and if a technical issue cannot be resolved over the phone an engineer will be sent out to help. We hope you enjoyed your holiday and we hope to see you again soon.

The boat was spotless and in excellent condition. The briefing was tailored to our needs and comprehensive. The marina staff answered any questions we had and were friendly and considerate.
