television and radio not working.said they would come out but inconvenient as we like mooring in the wilds. on return to base found that a plug and a fuse were not in place so had not been checked before handing over to us,.Ray said that he had told Lee that this might be the problem and he was supposed to tel. us but did not.Faulty knob on cooker so we could not ignite it but i managed by keep swapping grill knob for cooker knob and so on obviously not checked before handover. Doormats missing fortunately we had our own. Pack of cards in the inventory not there ,would have been nice to have as no tv or radio for whole week, once again lack of checking.Inventory needs checked as certain things not in place that should be.Boat felt rather tired and not in as good condition as those from other firms that we have hired.

He was sorry to hear that you had some issues with your boat and although he did offer to come out and resolve them during your holiday he understands that you wanted to continue cruising and not lose time. Friendly service, comfortable boat apart from awkward access to saloon seat and suggested solution was welcomed.

As usual, everything was absolutely fine and very professional. The boat was clean and well prepared. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Also because we have used ABC many times, they took that into account and the boat handover was very quickly done. Which I very much appreciated.

Woow an amazing holiday from start to finish. We were greated at Whitchurch Marina by very welcoming staff and as 1st timers had very in depth training. This settled any fears we had. Will definitely do it again. Had an amazingly clean well stocked boat with everything you'd need and more . Thank you x

This was the first time we have ever hired a canal barge. A great team and staff to deal with all very friendly and helpful. The barge was very clean,spacious and well kitted out. A fantastic totally chilled break one which we will do again. Even my teenage kids loved it.
