The holiday as a whole was extremely enjoyable and we would definitely do it again. However the 2nd sleeping area is horribly uncomfortable and nobody can sleep on it, you need to do something about that! Plus teach beginners how to reverse before you let them leave the marina otherwise perfect.

Had been 5 stars if it had been possible to have the heater running whitout running the Engine. Since you are not allowed to run your Engine during the night. We frooze a lot the first 3 nights. The Engine should have a separate batteri for starting. The heater can be connected to the "household" circut, than you only have to run the engine the first 5 minutes at start for the heater. Otherwise everthing was perfect. Regards

We had a brilliant week on the canal - Recommended that you visit. The staff at Goytre are great, prompt and helpful, the boat was clean and tidy on handover and everything was ready to go. My only comment is that these boats are starting to show their age. Functional but a bit tired. No problem recommending the staff or the service.

We didn't really know what to expect. The boat was clean, the staff were really friendly, experienced and extremely helpful. They really cared that we enjoyed our holiday - which we most certainly did!

Efficient, friendly staff. Comfortable boat, well prepared, kitchen equipment good, nice bedding & towels. Some furnishings in need of attention soon. We should have called you about the water pump running at night!

Yes thank you Whitchurch abc for a fantastic time on board the night heron we had a great trip to Trevor basin we were complete novices and after a chat with boat engineers we set off a few hairy moments we soon picked it up so thank you abc long may you continue
