Everyone at ABC always goes the extra mile, and this time was no different. We had a couple of glitches (not the fault of ABC - boat returned late) but this was communicated clearly and helpfully. A couple of small issues with the boat, but we were able to sort ourselves - however on reporting them to the team we were given a refund for the pump out we'd needed to do without quibble. You're brilliant!

Very relaxing with beautiful scenery - really enjoyable weekend on the canal! Excellent service from the marina, especially the handover and instruction from Richard and Stuart. We will be back!

We had a great week - the weather was excellent which helped a lot! As novices, leaving the marina was challenging as it's a tricky manoeuvre. There was a lot of instruction on locks and the boat itself, but not so much about navigating so there was a a fair amount of trial and error until we got into it. We enjoyed the route we took but it was too far for the time we had and our level of experience, so unfortunately we had to turn round before Stourton Junction to be sure of getting back in time.

It was my first boating holiday so I don't have much to compare it against, but I was with some experienced canal boat enthusiasts that offered input. The boat was clean and well maintained, apart from that we set off with one toilet tank still full (it made the boat lean to one side as the one on the other side was empty). The kitchen equipment was great - everything we needed to make and serve three hot meals a day as well as making a elderberry and blackberry crumble from the fruit we picked along the way. Check-out and return went smoothly, and their planning to accommodate social distancing were evident and working as well as can be hoped.

The weekend was fantasic the staff at reedly where great the boat was very clean and tidy. Roy whom handed over the boat very helpful

Everything was good apart from 2 items:- 1. Wi Fi only worked for 24 hrs and had to keep asking for new code. Your brochure states "Free Wi Fi" and indicates it's for the whole hire period. 2. We had to flush the toilets using a bowl filled from the tap as the instruction to lift the foot pedal to flush water did not work on both toilets.

Boat was a bit tired but perfectly clean. We had a problem with the batteries unable to hold a charge overnight, the fridge freezer was turning off over night, I had to run the engine in the morning to even charge a phone, and no the heating was not used.

Very well-equipped and comfortable boat on a beautiful canal. We have wanted to cruise the Llangollen canal for some time and it certainly lived up to our expectations.. The staff at Whitchurch Marina were all very friendly and helpful.
