Best boat we have had so far in 10 similar holidays all at this time of year. Everything worked including TV most of the time and good little radio very good rear shower, front one no power, beds comfortable and warm good storage space, could have been a new boat. Cleaned spotlessly for when we left and we were early. Must have some good staff at this boatyard. Lovely canal to Stone and back, plenty of convenient pubs for food.

Boat clean and tidy etc, the immediate impressions though in the reception was not very welcoming, especially the toilet area, which needs an update.

Boat was in excellent mechanical condition even though it was old. Very good route availability from this base. Boat would benefit from a little more storage space in the form of more hooks and shelves. We preferred this aspect of this class of boat from Gailey last year.

Excellent break ..well equipped barge ...cosy and clean..We were nervous at first but soon got to know what to do and when , with an instruction before set off ,and our book supplied in easy to understand print

Although the boat & marina was good the actual cruising area - Kennet & Avon canal was awful. Nowhere to moor. Every village Town or pub front you might want to stop on full of gypsies. row after row of boats that dont or cant move Tow paths covered in piles of wood & rubbish from these boats. Chimneys belching out black smoke day & night. Not how it looks in the brochures. People need to be warned about the lack of spaces to moor

TV signal was never available on my trip. ( little you could do I know) A longer front mooring rope needed to be obtained at another ABC boat yard. One supplied far to short.

Had a great time and very good service from staff at ABC Boat hire. Boat was very clean and well looked after.

Boat was well equipped and very clean. Space is very tight for 4 adults and a large dog. Inexperienced boaters might be a little shocked by this as it is not apparent from the brochures how tight the space is. Deck area was slippy and the dog struggled to get grip to get on and off the boat. We did have a fantastic holiday.

Thank you for your feedback. We do often refer first time boaters to our website where they can see a 360° tour of any of our boats or of course they are always welcome to visit a Marina and take a look inside the boats if preferred. In case of wet weather we do provide a mop so that customers can keep the deck area and steps slip free. We are pleased to hear that you had a fantastic holiday and we hope to welcome you again soon!

Clean and tidy boat with good supply of boating kit. Friendly staff. As we had been boating many times before we felt the handover instruction was rather heavy and prolonged.

We have had a wonderful holiday. Its is our fifth time with you and we have no complaints at all. We had a few problems with the battery on the boat but the on call team were very helpful and sorted us out. Paul the engineer came to meet us as soon as we returned to talk to us about it. Everyone was very helpful at the beginning and end of our cruise. We will be with you next year.
