Rudder constantly pulled to the right ( tiller to left ) Cooker grill constantly went out ( a safety issue) Fridge leaked water from underneath Leak under sink ! Which we repaired !

It would have been 5 stars but we picked up the boat on Saturday and on Wednesday afternoon 1 of the toilets was showing a red light and so we could not use it. We had to pay £20 for a pump out on Friday morning so very inconvenient. We have been on 4 previous trips with you before and never had to do this. I mentioned it to the lady in the office when we returned and asked for a refund of £20. She was not sure if she could and could not contact the Manager so I left my mobile No. *personal information removed by Feefo* but did not get a call back. After paying £1300 and not being told we might have to pay further sums this should be refunded to me *personal information removed by Feefo*. Regards David Bright Booking ref. 294219

Once again a great week on the Monmouth Brecon canal. Boat just great, staff at Marina like old friends who had all the answers and time for a chat. We did well with the weather again and met some lovely people. Booked next year to go to Worcester in May and have booked the aqueduct cottage at Goytra for September to do lots of walking.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time on Red Billed Finch, the boat was equipped with everything we needed, it was very clean, and all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

The tv had poor sound quality and the visual experience was not good because we could only adjust the screen from side to side not up and down. Wifi did not work properly, not worth having really. The boat had a well equipped kitchen, however, a sieve for cooking rice would have been useful. The blankets supplied were great. Pillows and duvets were good. Heating worked well and was not noisey. Lighting - good. Torch, wet weather coats and buoyancy aid - good. We had a lovely canal boat holiday and plan to book another.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear about the issues you had with TV and WiFi. Access to the internet over your installed device is totally reliant on it being able to connect to the mobile telephone network. Without access to that network there will be no connection, and this connection cannot be guaranteed at any time. It sounds like you enjoyed plenty of our other features on board the Black Headed Gull. We are glad you had such a lovely holiday and hope we can welcome you back again soon.
