I was disappointed that the fixed double bed did not have a double mattress, but rather two singles put together. The resultant "split" down the centre of the mattress made sleeping uncomfortable. The week was thus hampered by the lack of a good night's sleep.

Thank you for your feedback. Very few of our boats have fixed double beds as we find that our customers like to have the flexibility of different layout options. If you do decide to make another booking then please speak to a member of the booking office team at the time of booking and they can advise you in your choice of boat.

This was a beautiful and relaxing holiday. The boat was well looked after with lots of equipment. Good cooking equipment is really appreciated. Cagoules provided too...from Alvechurch we chose a lock free cruise for 3 days which included city and countryside.

Great accommodation. Clean and in a good condition. (Except the mattresses, they are a bit over their time) Very friendly and supportive Crew. Easy handling of booking and setting up for the trip.

The wardrobe and under sink cupboard smelt very bad and we couldn’t use them for storage due to the sewage smell. Our assumption was that the pipe work didn’t have a sufficient seal.
