The boat was all it was promised to be, altohough 8it was very difficult to start in the morning - reported to your engineers on return. The water level was very low in some places, I realise there is nothing you can do about it but it was not possible to pass boats without grounding at those points, requiring quite some effort to refloat. Overall we had a really enjoyable holiday though.

Thank you for your feedback. We do offer a 24 hour call out engineer service so had you been more concerned about starting the engine one of our team would have been on hand to help. The water levels have been affected by the prolonged heatwave but we do expect this to improve now that we have had some rain. We hope to see you again soon.

As always, the boat was super prepared, clean, well stocked and with all that we needed. The staff at Gailey are always friendly and welcoming, and as we had been with them 3 weeks earlier, remembered us and treated us like one of the family. The boat was lovely, and although at 69ft was a tough challenge on some of the bends on the Staffs and Worcester, we had amazing weather and a lovely time.

Excellent service at the boat yard. Very helpful receptionist and engineer. 12th trip and best laid out boat. Lots of cupboard space and best design of dinette bed we have ever had. Amazing weather and first trip ever without rain but afraid ABC boats can't take credit for the weather!!

the boat was filthy outside which meant we could not sit outside without having to clean it ourselves. it should have been just hosed over

It is disappointing to hear that the outside seating area of the boat hadn't been cleaned as this is part of the normal maintenance between hires. We hope you will be back for another holiday with us again soon.

As usual with ABC we had an excellent holiday. Reedley is a small marina and Lee was really accommodating, he gave us good advice and swift handover. when we had to ring him in the week ( lack of water in the canal) he was really helpful and rang back later in the day to make sure we were all ok - well done

What we expected - the only problem was the fridge door opened the wrong way making it difficult to access
