Service was excellent , boat in good condition and location probably the best we have been on and we have done a lot of week end breaks on the canal. Not sure in terms of location where we can beet it next year?

Lovely boat, clean and well equipped. Friendly welcome and instruction. Great location. Falkirk Wheel is fabulous. Canal beautiful and not crowded. Lovely short break, wish it could have been longer

Boat was ok, slightly 'sticky' feeling work surfaces and woodwork in kitchen area which I couldn't remove. The electric water pump was really annoying, running every 3 minutes for about 15 seconds all night,

Everything fine apart from no internet connection, no radio or television.

Although the TV signal can be patchy you should have been able to use the radio so your feedback has been forwarded to the Marina, for them to check if there is an issue. We hope to welcome you back again soon.

Boat was great, clean and tidy,, 2 x TVs a waste of time No reception, but not on boat to watch TV , loved the experience

Thank you for your feedback. The wifi can be patchy which is why we do suggest you bring DVDs to watch rather than relying on a signal for the TV. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the whole experience and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

great boat, great fascilities on board. For a 5 day trip you only really get 3 full days.

Thank you for your feedback on your holiday from Gailey. As with most holiday companies our arrival time is 2:30pm regardless of whether you are taking a short break or a weeks holiday. We do advertise our mid week breaks as 4 night holidays, rather than 5 days so that it is clearer how many cruising hours you will actually have. We hope you will be back for another holiday with us again soon.

The instruction on the operation of the boat was clear, complete and well delivered. The boat was clean and well stocked. when we could not figure out something a quick phone call to the helpful staff solved the problem. We have already recommended ABC to our friends. Thank you for a lovely time.
