Boat good but some wear and tear like the cuts in the cover of the settee. Boat design size of septic tanks is rather small as one was full after 4 days despite only being used by two adults.

Great holiday, we all loved every minute from the boat handover to hand back on 25th. The boat was clean and tidy and as advertised. I would recommend the boat and marina facility to anyone. Thank you.

Absolutely loved the Narrowboat "Archers Lark " it was perfect in every way. The Staff were lovely and very helpful. The boat was spotlessly clean too.

Very good, just dropped a star upon our return early.... we were trying to empty the boat while an annoying man was desperate to refuel the boat... unbelievable, talk about rude, he spoilt the ending of our holiday

Although they should have been more patient, they were perhaps trying to be efficient in speeding up the processing of any fuel refund you may have been entitled to. Lovely boat and staff service excellent. As newbies, slightly disappointed that there was no differentiation on the booking website between what to expect on river as opposed to canal. Also, apart from the number of locks on the suggested routes there was little information on the different localities. Locks were really scary. It would be good to have someone available to help on the first one.

We will look into adding more information on our website so it is clearer that customers will be cruising mostly on rivers when choosing to take a holiday from March. We will also be asking customers to contact March Marina ahead of their holiday to discuss the tidal lock times at Salters Lode.
