Very cold at night with lots of condensation on boat

Thank you for your feedback. At this time of year, when the temperature drops at night, there may be condensation on the windows in the morning but this should soon disappear once the heating is on or the sun comes out! We hope you enjoyed your holiday and we hope to see you again soon.

The staff were lovely and couldn’t be more helpful. Our boat was very clean and comfortable. The whole experience was fantastic and we will definitely be returning!

From the excellent warm welcome to the efficient return handover, we had an amazing time. We received lots of valuable information from the boatyard at the start which enabled us to plan our week cruising to Llangollen and back. The boat was clean, well equipped and comfortable, really the best we’ve hired. Housekeeping did everything to ensure our comfort before we left. I really recommend Wrenbury boatyard.

We really enjoyed the trip, boat was warm and clean and well laid out. The nice slow pace with some lovely pubs along the way made for a very enjoyable trip.

Boat was extremely well equipped, and the Hilperton team were very friendly helpful, especially when we had a breakdown, which they came out and fixed very efficiently.

Great holiday, staff helpful. 2nd time using ABC. Only comment would add- we have dogs and so would love there to be a cleaner onboard that actually picked up hairs - we tried, but frustrating with the equipment provided

A short break form Aldermaston to Newbury ( return ). We might consider a shorter boat next time on the canals, but on the whole we couldn't fault the experience.

Booking the holiday was easy and correspondence efficient and friendly. Boat was clean and well equipped enough for 2 families. There was enough space so we were not on top of each other. However top bunks only suitable for small people, bottom bunks were comfortable. We liked having 2 social areas to separate the children and the adults. We enjoyed the holiday and even though it was our first canal holiday and we had one of the largest boats on the canal, we were able to handle the boat with relative ease; even the locks, which the boat just fitted in.

We were made very welcome on picking up the boat, very easy to understand hand over tour. Beautiful boat, well laid out and very well equipped.
