Beautifully presented boat very well equipped very comfortable and a lovely surprise to find complimentary shower products! Staff at the hire shop were brilliant and so helpful!! Definitely buy a good map of the canal a must!!!!

Good clean boat, well equiped. Would have liked to enter the marina after hours on our return as Ellesmere was packed with boats.

Thank you for your feedback. Blackwater Meadow restricts boats coming back into the marina because there is very little turning room and they prefer a member of staff to navigate the space available. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed our Lark Class boat and hope to see you again next year!

The boat was great and the staff at Whitchurch base were very friendly and helpful. We needed to call the base twice during our week's holiday and each time the matters were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
