A very nice boat. There was a problem with one of the showers. An engineer came out to fix it, but was not able to solve the problem.

Your recent holiday on Warbler - Lucy's Warbler from Whitchurch Marina

We had a clean and well maintained boat., equipped with everything we needed. The service prior to our journey, with fast response to our inquiries was very satisfying. The service and information by the staff at the marina was also very good. We found the ABC App with map for our route nice to have, but some important features were missing: number on the bridges and if the bridge needed to be opened and markings for locks with names. Marinas, other pubs/restaurants and shops would also be nice - with links to their websites. We would also liked to have had information up front about that toilets filled up quite fast. We had to have a pump out after half of our trip. We are all over very satisfied, and will for sure use ABC Boat Hire again if we do another canal boat trip in Britain!

Your recent holiday on Tern - Little Tern from Aldermaston Wharf

Disappointed that the diesel engine had to be repaired on the morning after we picked up the boat which meant that our departure was delayed by three hours. Also, there was a leak from one of the taps in the shower room.

Your recent holiday on Weaver - Village Weaver from Aldermaston Wharf

The canal banks were badly overgrown and canal was not deep at the banks so finding mooring places was an issue. Also the lock gates are not well maintained so it was difficult to open them occasionally. We loved the holiday which was for two weeks. Really relaxing.
